In June 2025, I graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Grounded in a strong academic foundation and a passion for growth, I approach challenges with integrity, curiosity, and a detail-oriented mindset. My communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills have allowed me to succeed across diverse industries. I am now seeking a dynamic role where I can apply my skills, continue to grow, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

At the University of Washington, I held several leadership roles. As an Engineering Ambassador, I led outreach events, spoke on panels, and conducted campus tours. As Vice President of Service for alpha Kappa Delta Phi, I organized volunteer initiatives, fundraisers, and a charity event supporting Breast Cancer Awareness. I also volunteered at the Harborview Medical Center information desk.

Analyzed AI-driven support versus human agents, identifying critical performance gaps and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders and company leadership to resolve the top causes of customer dissatisfaction. Conducted usability testing before designing, developing, and iterating UX/UI prototypes for Wyze's support website to enhance AI feature accessibility, ultimately reducing user time by 57% and clicks by 49% during testing.

Conducted 30+ stopwatch time studies on high-volume manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve takt time and resource efficiency. Analyzed data in Excel and presented actionable recommendations to senior management. Contributed to a Value Stream Mapping project by performing on-site observations, creating a spaghetti diagram, and evaluating value-added versus non-value-added activities.

Created detailed Visio flowcharts to map warehouse processes, improving clarity and supporting a successful digitization initiative. Integrated the flowcharts into the warehouse SharePoint site, enhancing accessibility for 50+ employees and reducing weekly process-related inquiries. Presented actionable recommendations to senior management for both short-term and long-term (10+ years) warehouse capacity optimization.
